Graduating from SDSU and Thomas Jefferson School of Law with a focus in the field of IRC 1031, Vince has been involved with the processing of over 6,000 exchanges. As Principal/Partner of Pacific Capital Exchange and a transactional attorney for IPX 1031, his transactions included simultaneous, delayed, reverse, built-to-suit, and personal property exchanges.
Vince most recently served as Vice President Sales Manager for a national title company where he managed both the Residential and Commercial divisions on all accounts including local and national transactions.
He has been a featured speaker at the CCIM San Diego Chapter events, the Southern California Escrow Association, and various seminars throughout the legal and real estate communities. Vince was an elected member of the Legislative Affairs Committee for the Commercial Real Estate Association of San Diego, and is a member/volunteer for the San Diego Police Foundation and a CCIM corporate member for the San Diego Chapter.
