UTAH FIRMS TO UNVEIL PLANS FOR MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR FILM PRODUCTION CAMPUS IN UTAH

Tuesday, January 22, 2008 - Park City, Utah – Celerity Investments and Next Entertainment announce plans to build a developing arts and entertainment community in southern Utah. Situated on fifty acres of a seventeen hundred acre multi-use, master-planned community, Sky of Dreams Ranch will include two state-of-the-art sound stages with green screen capability; a computer graphics, animation and special effects facility; post production; screening rooms; back lot; and five-star lodging for filmmakers. A blend of arts, culture, and nature; the ranch will include a Native American Cultural Center and a Life Healing and Discovery Preserve. As the largest film production facility in Utah, the ranch will provide complete film making services from pre to post production.

Sky of Dreams Ranch will be home for Next Entertainment and its affiliated companies, Lone Wolf Productions Group and Imagic Technologies, with its first major production being The Mystical World of Nebe Trilogy. The fantasy and adventure based series has initial production budgets of $85 million per film and will be the largest budgeted movie project ever filmed and produced in Utah. The filmmakers intend to use the message-driven inspirational films to bring awareness to the environmental crisis and the plight of endangered animals.

Imagic Technologies plans to create an in-house motion picture imaging center at the ranch. The computer generated imaging facility will implement cutting edge, high definition 3D technology into development of films providing for the creation of virtual sets utilized in the films as well as in video gaming development.

The Sky of Dreams Ranch plans to utilize earth friendly themes and green technology in constructing the facilities. Combining vision with action, the ranch intends to become a gathering place for the creation of cross-cultural unity and a life healing and discovery center for the preservation of endangered species and the Earth.
