Sailing party on Halloween weekend provides members with unique venue to celebrate

October 27, 2007 -- SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- Urban Diversion, the bay area’s leading activities club, announced today it’s fifth annual Ghostly Sailing Party on October 27th.  Members of UD can experience the thrill of being on board a Ghostly Sailing Schooner with 90 other pirates over Halloween weekend.

Party attendees will dress up to reflect the theme of pirates in an attempt to win a prize for the best-dressed, and will board either the Hawaiian Chieftain and Lady Washington to set sail for an exhilarating 3 hour cruise around the SF Bay, from Pier 40 at 6:00pm. The Pirates will be transported to and from Pier 40 on a unique converted mobile venue run by veggie oil. At the end of the cruise, attendees will be transported to a local San Francisco bar.

“We are very happy to create yet another event for our members that no other venue can provide”, said Corey Montie, Operations Manager of Urban Diversion. “This is the only opportunity for our members to take time off from their work-filled schedules and enjoy Halloween.”
