Calgary, AB - February 28, 2007 - Universal Measurement Solutions (UMS), a privately owned company that provides global real-time monitoring and control solutions, is pleased to introduce R.A. (Bob) Ell, P.Eng. as VP of Sales and Marketing.
With over three decades of control system experience, Bob has been intimately involved in all aspects of the business; engineering and design, project management, sales and marketing, and senior management. For the last seven years, Bob worked as VP of Marketing with Telvent, helping to establish the company as the world's largest SCADA services provider. Prior to Telvent, Bob held the position of VP of Sales & Marketing for Hinz Consulting, where he was also responsible for significant corporate growth.
Bob will preside over the marketing and sales departments of UMS. He has a directive to grow the company’s market presence, both nationally and internationally.
