NEW TV REALITY SHOW BUILDS THE FIRST EVER “LITTLE BRICKYARD RACE TRACK” FOR KIDS IN WHEELCHAIRS, CAMERAS ROLL WITH THEM ON SEPTEMBER 30th

On September 17, a community came together to build The first ever” Little Brickyard” race track in Divide, Colorado

On Saturday the 17th of September, “One Good Turn with Joey T”, the reality television show which highlights the giving side of racing, broke ground for the first ever “Little Brickyard” race track at the new “One Good Turn Ranch”, in Divide Colorado.  The “Little Brickyard” race track is being built for young children with life limiting diseases giving them each a chance to race their wheelchairs just like their NASCAR and INDYCAR Series heroes. On Saturday September 29th, volunteers from the community and the One Good Turn production team will decorate these wheelchairs just resembling their favorite NASCAR or INDYCAR drivers. The track will include a yard of bricks just like the well renowned Indianapolis Motor Speedway. “Race Day” is September 30th

Show host, Joey Truscelli, a former IndyCar team owner nick named “Joey T” by his racing friends, along with his crew are shooting the 5th episode of the new feel good television reality series. It was through racing that Joey T and many of his racing friends were able to help special people experience racing from the other side of the fence while giving deserving fans the opportunity to realize a dream while creating awareness for a cause.

“We were inspired to create this track by young Ryan Cottor who is battling Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA), Ryan loves racing and is featured in the 2nd episode of our show,” says Joey T.  Ryan’s family made him a Jeff Gordon race car body that fits over his wheelchair and One Good Turn put a race on at Bondurant Raceway in Chandler Arizona for his cause, Ryan House. “We want these kids to get the chance to experience the thrill of racing and hear the crowd roar.” Joey T also set up a surprise for Ryan to meet his hero’s Jeff Gordon, Jimmie Johnson, Arie Luyendyk and Jeff Hammond in Phoenix Arizona. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TDFLmTsSwqw

The Producers responsible for bringing One Good Turn to life are two time Emmy Award Winning Producer Conrad Ricketts the Executive Producer of “Extreme Makeover-Home Edition” and Executive Producer  Rick Bieber veteran Feature Film Maker (Flatliners, Made in America, Crazy) The race is open to the public and all proceeds will go to the One Good Turn Foundation.
