They (the media) made me and I feel many of us, think it (NOLA) was all in a shambles… but, the French Quarter and other areas that tourists would venture seemed to be untouched!” At this point Cree made it a mission to both professionally and personally do whatever he could to spread the word that New Orleans is OPEN for tourists and business!
