Catalyst Concierge was founded by Simone S. Callender and Pearnel P. Charles II, with both serving as CEO. Along with their staff of consultants, they bring over 20 years of collective travel and hospitality experience serving international clients throughout the globe -- from Asia and the Middle East, to Eastern and Western Europe, to North and South America, and all of the Caribbean nations.
 
Born in Barbados, Simone's entrepreneurial spirit and passion for travel dates back to her student days at the University of South Florida when she started a dog sitting service to finance her world adventures. An expert in the royal treatment, Simone was employed as a tutor and personal assistant for a Royal Family in the Middle East. Without a doubt, the synergy of Simone's eclectic talents combined with her unique travel expertise are the inspiration for the creation of Catalyst Concierge. Born in Jamaica, Pearnel is an Attorney At Law who has forged a distinguished career as a prosecutor in Jamaica's court system. Active in community development and regional business ventures, he's an experienced event planner and has operated a Caribbean-based entertainment management company. Dedicated to building Catalyst Concierge into the most successful company of its kind,  he oversees  operations with a specific focus on the Caribbean network. "I envision Catalyst Concierge operating as a successful company offering quality service and maintaining the highest standards whilst contributing positively to the global community."
