Leonard was drafted in 1992 to the Cincinnati Bengals and completed his career in Carolina with the Panthers in 2001; Leonard currently serves as the Retired NFLPA President for the Charlotte chapter and was recently selected on the Financial Committee for the NFLPA to regulate over 500 financial advisors for the active NFL players nationwide.

 

Leonard serves as a board of director for the "Youth Commission International" that reaches out to 132 cities in 32 states to better educate youth and he is also a board member for 2XSalt ministries with Hall of Fame NBA greats David Thompson and Bobby Jones.
