TELEVISION DEBUT OF "INSHORE FISHING WITH SUPER DAVE(R)" - TEXAS SHALLOW WATER - SALTWATER FISHING SHOW

San Antonio, Texas -- June 23, 2008 -- “Inshore Fishing with Super Dave®”, an exciting new Texas fishing show for the saltwater inshore angler, makes its debut on the Fox Southwest Network beginning July 4, 2008 on the exciting “Early Morning Outdoors” segment.  Dave Valtierra, a native Texan, is the dynamic host and creator of the show.   Dave’s love of fishing and zest for knowledge led him to create a fishing show that combines “how to” fishing segments with high-energy fish catching action to attract both the experienced and novice anglers.   

What sets this fishing television show apart from other fishing shows is how Dave and his guests demonstrate their passion for fishing, conservation and having fun on the water.  Dave has identified through his many fishing seminars that the fishing public is hungry for knowledge.  Dave offers tricks and techniques used by the pros to empower the average angler to catch more fish.  Dave will showcase Texas Inshore Saltwater Fishing.  The “Inshore Fishing with Super Dave®” television show attracts viewers of all ages who enjoy watching high-energy fish catching in the great outdoors while learning something too.  As Dave always says “knowledge is power on the water”.  

In addition to the television show, Dave has created a “Inshore Fishing with Super Dave®” retail series of instructional “how-to” DVDs focusing on techniques and best practices to enable the viewer to become a more productive fisherman.  The first 2 retail DVDs are “Fishing Inland Flats – Strike Zone Locator” and “Inshore Fishing Comes Alive with GPS Technology”.  

The “Inland Flats” DVD is a dynamic guide to fishing a shallow water, inland grass flats.  Dave uncovers the secrets of strike zones, locating bait fish, the importance of structure and changing the approach based on the season.   Inland flats can produce some really hot saltwater fishing as Dave demonstrates in 4 Texas fishing catching segments.   

The “Fishing with GPS” DVD outlines how this affordable electronics tool can empower the saltwater angler to increase the likelihood of catching fish in the inland back-bay waters.  Dave shows the viewer how he uses waypoint management and GPS chart software to map, study and learn a fishing area.  

The “Inland Flats” and the “How to Fish with GPS” DVD are available in Academy, Gander Mountain and other fine retailers throughout Texas, Alabama, Florida and Louisiana.  “The Mighty Redfish” DVD is coming soon to a retailer near you.
