MattHaikalis: Mr. Haikalis has worked for Crown Solutions for 11 years as a Water Management Specialist, Area Manager, and currently, Technical Resource Engineer. He has his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Millikin University. His experience ranges from large industrial systems, boilers, and cooling towers to reverse osmosis, demineralization, filtration, wastewater, and account management. Mr. Haikalis has been instrumental in the development of Crown's training program and technical procedures.
JamesMcDonald: Mr. McDonald has worked at Crown Solutions for 15 years and is currently a Technical Resource Engineer. He has his Masters degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Louisville. Mr. McDonald's experience ranges from boilers, cooling towers, closed loops, reverse osmosis, and water softeners to account management, technical support, IT, knowledge management, marketing, and teaching. He is a published author with numerous articles in trade magazines and an international book called "Drop by Drop: Articles on Industrial Water Treatment."
