SUMMER HEAT CALLS FOR COOL TECHNOLOGY…LITERALLY!
Redding, CA- Lassen Scientific Inc. http://wesellsuccess.com/ has just completed the development and market launch of a new hardhat cooling system. This system addresses the serious occupational hazard of overheating employees that wear hardhats. The incidents of work related illness and death has become so explosive that both state and federal agencies have began to mandate systems and equipment that can protect workers from heat related injury. The WorkFlow™ cooling system addresses the “Greenhouse Phenomenon” wherein the moist hot air evaporates from the head and combines with the radiant heat of the sun, producing temperatures in upwards of 160° F. Excessive temperature and humidity can hinder a workers ability to make clear, safe decisions. Extended exposure to heat can result in serious injury or death.

The WorkFlow’s™ patent pending design incorporates a computer controlled turbine fan that cycles on and off throughout the day. This creates an airflow that evacuates the buildup of hot humid air in the hardhat thereby foiling the greenhouse effect. The WorkFlow™ attaches to most short and long brim hardhats and is sold complete with rechargeable batteries and wall adapter. The product has just been released at the ASSE Show in Orlando, FL and is available through most safety retailers including Granger, and is also available online at http://www.workflowindustrialproducts.com/ .
Their client company WorkFlow™ Industrial Products, LLC www.coolhardhat.com anticipates sales of nearly 1 million dollars with their flagship hardhat cooling system in 2007. According to their director Rich Pizzuti, the company will explode to nearly 8 million dollars in sales in 2008 as they roll out their retail version of the WorkFlow™ hardhat cooling system and with the addition of their welding mask cooling system. The product has been so popular that the company is now compiling waiting lists on a first come, first serve basis. They anticipate catching up with demand at some point in August 2007.
