Sub prime loans taking their toll on today’s consumers.

North Shore Enterprises announces over a 50% increase in homeowners seeking foreclosure help.

North Shore Enterprises announced today that the company has nearly three times the number of clients facing foreclosure then they did one year earlier.  North Shore provides services often paid for by the lender to help individual home owners avoid foreclosure.

Foreclosure filings in the state of Connecticut and nationwide are at an all-time high with sub prime and variable rate loans leading the field in default.

Unlike most of the “foreclosure bailouts” out there, NS Enterprises works on behalf of the homeowner facing foreclosure and gets paid only when a successful solution to avoid foreclosure has been negotiated.

This notably specialized and unique service offers the help that the courts and most attorneys do not provide.  Instead of paying legal or consulting fees upfront, clients can enlist the aid of NSE knowing NSE’s negotiating services are free.  The company only gets paid when a successful workout or negotiation has been provided to avoid foreclosure.  Even then, their fee is often paid by the foreclosing lender.

Precourt, who was recently Interviewed on NBC’s Tom Monahan show and featured on a front page spread in The Hartford Courant, says the biggest benefit of what he does is “Frankly, my clients can start sleeping through the night once we start working with them. They can stop money worries dead in their tracks”.

North Shore provides a valuable service that  few know about giving  back to their clients security,  peace of mind and the ability to sleep again at night.

While NSE encourages clients to seek legal advice, which may include advice on bankruptcy, the company is frequently asked to step in to assist in avoiding foreclosure when necessary.

“I have personally seen Precourt’s company save dozens of distraught homes owners from foreclosure over the past two years. The end result of getting a lender to take less than what is owed to settle the debt shares the burden of foreclosure with the same greedy lender that have already profited from the extremely lucrative sub-prime industry,” says attorney Robert Kappus

Precourt’s team has access to and relationships with over 200 lenders nationwide. Their knowledgeable and experienced in house staff employs innovative and often times little known methods to successfully achieve the desired results for its clients.  “There are many programs available to help people out of foreclosure, unfortunately few people know about them, and the banks SURELY aren’t going to reveal them.” says Precourt

With no end in site to the sharp rise in foreclosure filings, the demand for the specialized services that NSE’s provides will also continue to rise.

NSE’s intimate knowledge and relationships with lenders nationwide gives them the capability and means not found elsewhere.  In fact, many real estate agents, attorneys, and financial counselors employ NSE to assist in debt and workout negotiations to aid in servicing their own clients.
