Mr. Cloobeck has over 25 years of experience in every aspect of hospitality inclusive of design and development. In April, 2007, Mr. Cloobeck acquired the publicly traded Sunterra Corporation and transformed the company into the privately-held Diamond Resorts International brand with more than 200 branded and affiliated resorts and over 27,000 guest beds in 28 countries.
