For the cost of a classified ad for one property listing, newmediarealtor.net can create an audio/video self-running presentation of five property listings, including photos, property details and narration.  “We can format these miniature movies so that they can be viewed by iPods, iPhones, BlackBerry devices and other Windows Mobile devices, and we can even submit video podcasts to iTunes, so that someone in North Dakota can search for video podcasts of Nashville real estate, and the search results could include our clients’ listings,” De Palma stated.

De Palma continued, “The market is tough right now, so staying closely connected to prospective buyers is crucial, as is showing them that their realtor is on the forefront of technology.  We know that open houses are a great way for realtors to find buyers, now if they get the buyer’s email address and mobile device type, they’re even more likely to do business together.”
