The Solid TailGate Spacer, a new product designed to seal the gap between the tailgate and truck bed when tailgate is open, is very good at protecting the paint of the truck from being dented, scratched and therefore corroded.
"It will also prevent any small objects from falling into the gap, example small rocks or sand, thus is provides for a flat solid surface on the bed of the truck and allows objects to slide easier," said the Solid TailGate Spacer's inventor, Nestor Segura, B.Sc., Ind. According to Nestor, the Solid TailGate Spacer has been developed for heavy duty jobs as well as for recreational purposes, and comes in sizes to fit most pick-up trucks - from light weight, approximately 1.8 pounds and up.
Made from eco-friendly reinforced plastic, the Solid TailGate Spacer is carefully engineered for long lasting usage. It offers easy and quick installation, and is only available in black.
