Settlement of vision training dispute High Tech Visions and Fast Track

A settlement of a intellectual property dispute in the U.S District Court for the Northern District of Illinois was announced by High Tech Vision and Fast Track Inc. regarding litigation over intellectual property rights for a vision training program used in professional and collegiate sports to improve athletic performance. The parties have now amicably resolved their differences and this lawsuit.

Chicago, IL -- September 29, 2008 -- High Tech Vision Inc. announced today that it has reached an agreement with Fast Track Inc., of Chicago, Il, regarding their legal dispute relating to certain vision training techniques covered by patents and trademarks, either issued or pending, by the parties.

This agreement resolves any and all claims between High Tech Vision Training Inc. and Fast Track Inc. relating to the litigation that was pending in the Unites States District Court in Chicago, Il. The parties have now amicably resolved their differences  and this lawsuit. Each party is now free to practice this exciting and highly effective new technology which has been shown, to vastly improve hitting efficacy.

Fast Track Inc. was represented by  Barnes and Thornburg, Chicago Illinois.  

High Tech Vision was represented by John Luther of Ladas and Perry Chicago and Thomas Keith Mirabile of Wheaton, Illinois.
