In Settlement of Airzooka Lawsuit, Lt. Brian Jordan, Jordan Research & Development LLC, Gary Ahlert and Creative Group Marketing LLC Praise Can You Imagine, Inc., Steve Zuloff and Barry Benjamin.
August 16, 2007 --- Can You Imagine Inc. of Chatsworth, CA, and HPI Hong Kong Ltd, announced today that a formal settlement was reached with Lt. Brian Jordan, Jordan Research and Development LLC of Hollywood, MD, Creative Group Marketing LLC and Gary Ahlert of Stamford, CT over the product known as, “Airzooka”
Gary Ahlert, president of Creative Group Marketing in Stamford, CT and speaking for Lt. Brian Jordan as well, said “I can think of no better company to be associated with for the future of the Airzooka product than Can You Imagine and HPI,”
Ahlert went on to say, “Steve Zuloff’s input and creative drive made the AIRZOOKA the success that it is. Unfortunately, due to major foul-ups, misunderstandings, miscommunications, and misinformation there were many things said and done, which I now deeply regret. Steve Zuloff is quite possibly one of the most creative individuals I have ever encountered. The important thing now is that all has been settled and we look forward to a long and satisfying relationship with the company.”
Ahlert further commented, “We regret any intemperate thing that were said and publicized.” An old Indian saying is: There are four things that come not back:
1. the sped arrow
2. time past
3. the neglected opportunity; and
4. the spoken word.
Certainly the accuracy of that saying with respect to the spoken word is apparent here. My saying, I am deeply sorry for those earlier publicized statements cannot take the sting away from messers Zuloff and Benjamin seeing those statements publicized and knowing others have seen them also.”
The web sites Airzooka.com and Airzooka.net are being transferred to CYI so all orders for the Airzooka product line will be handled by Can You Imagine, Inc.
