Fitness Ambassador René Burton leads fellow seniors to challenge stereotypes Los Angeles, CA (February 21, 2007) - DC Entertainment, in association with RB Fitness Enterprises Inc., presents to the general public René Burton It’s Never Too Late ™ Healthy Aging DVD Series. The first of its kind, the series introduces a comprehensive exercise program designed to empower seniors to reach their potential regardless of age or infirmity.
“My mission is to change perceptions about aging,” said René Burton.
It’s Never Too Late ™ is specifically aimed at senior fitness. It is designed for adults 55 plus who have not exercised consistently and want to get into the best shape of their lives at a slow and steady pace. It consists of all the components necessary to maintain optimum health and fitness, and is suitable for both men and women.
It’s Never Too Late™ founder René Burton is credentialed. She has been teaching fitness for over two decades. She has devoted the last 15 years working with seniors and baby boomers.
