Reverse Mortgage Veteran Joins Fidelity Reverse Mortgage as Executive Vice President

DENVER, CO -- March 12, 2008 -- Fidelity Reverse Mortgage, a reverse mortgage company headquartered in Denver, Colorado recently named John Neumeier executive vice president.  John’s responsibilities include overseeing the retail sales channel, developing additional distribution channels and managing corporate objectives.

Prior to joining Fidelity Reverse Mortgage, Neumeier was executive vice president for Generation Mortgage Company, managing retail sales, partnership development and the direct sales and marketing channel.  He also held senior management positions at Financial Freedom.  Neumeier has 7 years of experience in the reverse mortgage industry and has over 18 years of prior experience in the financial services marketplace.

Fidelity Reverse Mortgage currently has 115 Reverse Mortgage Associates throughout fifteen states and plans to aggressively expand within the next few months into at least 5 additional states.  The company prides itself on a culture of unprecedented customer service to its clients and to its associates.  Neumeier will be responsible for managing these relationships and growing the national retail sales channel.
