“Santa's and Bugsy”

Every blue moon a story comes out about Santa Claus that will stay around forever.
This is that kind of story - it will keep children glued to every word.

Up at the North Pole, Santa and Mrs. Claus are receiving news that they are an example of why today’s children are getting heavier.  The children’s remarks are, “If Santa and Mrs. Claus are heavy, it's okay for me to be heavy too!”

After much thought Santa and Mrs. Claus realize there is truth to this. They think, “We   should never be a bad example for the children.” Santa and Mrs. Claus are now on a diet, and Bugsy is leading the way!

Who is Bugsy, you might ask?

This is a story Santa has kept secret for many years… the story of how he came across the famous Florida palmetto bug. Santa was making his rounds in Florida one rainy Christmas Eve.  Because of the rain and the fog, he was having a hard time reading the street signs and house numbers.

Santa was sitting in his sleigh wondering what to do when he received a big surprise. A bewildered palmetto bug landed on his knee! Someone had sprayed Bugsy with bug spray. It turned his nose a shiny red! His nose shined like a flashlight.

Now, at last, Bugsy has solved Santa's problems, and he’ll tell you how it came about.

The secret is out - Santa is on a diet!  Come meet Santa's new friend Bugsy!
