Under the supervision of Ferrari, the Brazilian subsidiary of the Boston-based firm Mondo Strategies initiated a project with Prosoft in April of 2010 which impacted the entire software company. Strategic planning realigned Prosoft's market positioning and reconfigured its line of products and services offerings. The company's distribution model was also redesigned, and process improvements were enacted throughout the areas of product management, production, customer support, knowledge management, sales, services and customer relationship management.
