August 12, 2010 (MMD Newswire) -- How does one company continue to hire new employees and grow while for others it is a day to day struggle just to keep the doors open? For the answer to that question I went to TransCorr's Grandville, Michigan Management team and the answer was unanimous: "In a word ... Relationships. The relationships we have built with both our customers and our carriers are what allow us to not only sustain our business but to grow it, even at a time of economic difficulty. We also sincerely value our relationship with our customers. When times get tough as they have and will, we work together and come to mutual resolutions. And we cannot stress enough how important it is to have a solid, trusting relationship with our TransCorr team members. A lot of companies claim to have a strong team. We know we do and the evidence is seen every day in our numbers. We also see our team spirit in our after-hours events. The attendance is voluntary and yet turn-out never ceases to amaze us. People that work here, love it here. There is such a high level of energy, it just rubs off on you. It's contagious"
