Mary Elizabeth McNeely Named "Volunteer of the Year" by Aidmatrix

DALLAS, TX ---The Aidmatrix Foundation announced the winner of its “Volunteer of the Year” Award for 2008 as Mary Elizabeth McNeely of McNeely Technology Solutions at its recent Volunteer Appreciation Event. Ms. McNeely was honored for her outstanding commitment and Oracle DBA services that she provided. The annual event was held in Dallas, Texas on March 4, 2008 to honor more than 60 individual volunteers and four companies: Accenture and Microsoft Thomas Group, Samsoft and Source for Humanity.

“Ms. McNeely dedicated countless service hours as an Oracle DBA and became a regular member of our team,” stated Michael Ross, Vice President of Delivery for Aidmatrix. “She was a key player in our data center migration project and remains a technology consultant on many other projects. Her skills are superior and her commitment to our mission of bringing technology to the nonprofit world is commendable.”

Governor Scott McCallum, CEO and President of Aidmatrix, hosted the event. Aidmatrix provided the reception and award ceremony for the honorees at its headquarters in Dallas, Texas, with many in attendance or joining remotely via web conferencing. “We are thankful for each of these volunteers and their continued assistance as they helped us to achieve and share our 2007 goals,” said Gov. McCallum. “As a result of all our efforts, we were able to move more than $1.5 billion in humanitarian aid in 2007 across 35,000 nonprofits in 6 different continents.
