Modern Service Industry Projects Promotion Meeting of Lushun.China

In order to improve the economy and enhance the comprehensive ability, Lushunkou Government schedule to hold a conference  the offices of GeoGenesis Group, Inc. at 1230 Avenue of the Americas, 7th Floor, New York, New York on August 22 to give an introduction on some modern service projects including Dalian Yangtouwa Logistics Park. Welcome international enterprises (including joint venture) who intend to invest in China come to attend our conference and sign the Investment Intention letter with us.

Under the provisions of laws, regulations and rules on the property transfer, Lushunkou District Government will invite the enterprises who sign the Investment Intention letter to come to Lushun China to attend the bidding for the state-owned property.

Location: from Yangtouwa new port development zone in the north to Yanda Ferry in the south

NEW PORT Construction
Location: Lushun Development Zone
Land Usage: port and public building
Size: to obtain 19,600 square meter port area by filling the sea and build 6 berths.

SEWAGE TREATMENT AND NETWORK PROJECT
Location: university Park on Lushun South Road
Policy: This project is run by the way of BOT, the sewage treatment factory is nongovernmental but the network is done by government. After the completion of this project, government and the investor will budget the operation fee, then government will afford part of the operation fee.
