Local Auto Repair Shop Celebrates 30th Anniversary By Giving Back to Customers
 
Streamwood, IL -- May 14, 2007 -- Casey Automotive marks its 30th year as the northwest suburbs’ premier group of auto repair facilities, and is asking patrons to join in the celebration by taking advantage of discounted services and rare specials.

“As a family owned business, our customers are our biggest asset and we wanted to come up with a significant way to express our gratitude,” says owner Steve Casey.  Steve has been with the company since its inception in 1977.

Last month the company began mailing a series of direct mail coupons to area residents, and plans to continue its campaign until mid-year.  Coupons feature up to 25% off select services, including: oil and filter change, diagnostic testing including state emissions check, front pads or rear shoes brake, front end alignment and more.  Customers that use one or more of the coupons will also receive a free gift card to one of a handful of popular retailers, including: Best Buy, Starbucks, Wal-Mart and more.

The original owner, Frank Casey, started this company with no background in the automotive industry.  Only after becoming a partner in another automotive business did he realize there was a void to be filled within the industry, and that void was honest service and family-friendly auto care.  When Frank’s son, Steve, took over the business he remained steadfast in maintaining the original purpose of Casey Automotive: serving customers with the latest technology from equipment to the education of its technicians and managers.
