SUBJECT:  Blue Spring Reserve

Life in a Wildlife Kingdom

In the 1980”s Marlin Perkins bought 400 acres in Clermont to build a Wildlife Kingdom. He brought many exotic animals to the property and hoped to create a theme park. Unfortunately his vision was not completed due to his health.  Today Central Florida developer, Landquest Group, are developing the property as 63 estate lots for multi million dollar homes in a low country, coastal architecture. The community called Blue Spring Reserve will be having a Grand opening on Saturday November 18.

Max Minhas, President of Landquest Group said that this type of property is a breath of fresh air compared to the tract home building that is taking place all over Florida. “Testimony to this is the fact that we sold another similar community in Howey in The Hills within 30 days.”

A private broker/realtor event is scheduled for 11/9 at the Mission Inn and Resort with 2 presentations; 8-10am and 12-2 pm. Guest will be flown over the property in helicopters. Food, entertainment and prizes will be provided including a Mercedes Benz for the Top Producing Sales agent and draws for Caribbean cruises.

A similar public event will be held at Sarabande Golf Club and Lakeridge Winery starting at 11am on Saturday November 18.

Currently, Landquest has several major developments underway all of which can be viewed at www.landquestgroup.com
