Bowie, MD -- January 31, 2008 -- Four weeks into 2008, studies show that most people have already abandoned their New Year’s Resolutions.  While most are made with the best intentions, few people equip themselves with the proper tools to increase their chances of attaining those goals.  

Empowering Moments, LLC, an executive and personal coaching firm, has designed a life coaching program to do just that.  This twelve week online course gives people the tools to set priorities and create action plans around their goals. Whether it relates to their career, relationships or finances, this program provides strategies, activities and accountability to assist the participant in attaining tangible results.

Life coaches use poignant questions and thought provoking perspectives to challenge clients to look deeper into themselves to find out who they are, what they want, and how to get it.  That same approach was used in designing this course, while at the same time, providing an affordable avenue for everyone to experience the benefits of life coaching. “Many of my clients know what they want, but aren’t sure how to get there, or have limited themselves by perceived obstacles.  This coaching program assists the participant in setting priorities and goals, establishing practical action steps, and dealing with the barriers that may hold them back,” says Doreen Rainey, President of Empowering Moments, LLC and creator of this program.

As people continue to evaluate making changes in their life, they have to be willing to step out of their comfort zone, take risks, maximize their strengths and improve their weaknesses.  By doing so, they will be able to see the results of their resolutions as the year progresses.
