Vice President of MarketingLB Margarita, the pre-mixed, ready to serve Margarita Company, announced the hiring of Mashell Simpson as Vice President of Marketing. She will be responsible for all marketing, advertising and promotional partnerships with LB Margarita.
“We are happy to have someone with Mashell’s expertise come on board with LB Margarita,” said Mary Jo Claussen, owner of LB Margarita, “Mashell will be a perfect fit for us as we rapidly grow our business. We plan to expand our distribution to 4 other states this year, and take our brand National in the next few years.”
Before joining LB Margarita, Mashell was with Revlon, Inc. as an Operations Manager, where she contributed to the success of key accounts such as Wal-Mart and Target. Prior to that, she was a Marketing Manager for Southwest Airlines, where she developed local, grass-roots marketing efforts as well as contributed to the building of National promotions.
Mashell has a Communication degree from the University of Missouri, St. Louis. She resides with her fiancé, in Corpus Christi, Texas.
LB Margarita is celebrating its first year in business.
