 ‘Voices of the Children’, Memorial Day release on iTunes

ORLANDO, FL - Operation Ensuring Christmas ...for Children of Fallen Troops announced ‘Voices of the Children’ from OECs >A lil Heroes Christmas= CD, is available on iTunes and other digital outlets in time for Memorial Day. The CD charted #8 on Bill Boards ‘Heatseekers’ (new artists) list for the week of 12/17/06.

On Saturday, October 7, 2006, the 5th anniversary of the start of Operation Enduring Freedom, children of fallen troops were in recording studios across the nation at the same time singing traditional Christmas songs and part of the original ‘Voices of the Children’ written about them. ‘Voices…’ speaks to the grief and trauma of losing a parent in war. The CD, produced by OEC founder and President Robert McDowell and Veit Renn of Renn Music Productions, was released on Veteran’s Day 2006. 100% of the proceeds from the CD go to OEC and it=s programs benefiting the Children.

Multi-Platinum selling producer Veit Renn, has sold over 50 Million CD=s including over 11 million Nsync CD=s, 4 Million being Nsync=s Christmas CD. Renn Music Productions also produced Jennifer Hudsons first CD. In addition to recording at RMP Studios, children added vocals to the CD at the prestigious Studio West in San Diego CA, Post Pro Studios in Raleigh NC and Jupiter Studios in St. Louis MO.

Operation Ensuring Christmas, a 501-c3 not-for-profit, was founded in 2004 to provide financial, moral, and rehabilitative support to the children of fallen American troops. The organization provides children with Christmas gift cards during the holiday season, as well as a VIP AChristmas in July@ Orlando Theme Park vacation. AThese children truly are VIPs, Very Important >Precious lil heroes= who have made the ultimate sacrifice a child can make for their country, the loss of a parent in service to our Nation.
