Forked River, NJ -- July 5th, 2007 -- JRD Tech, LLC can fix over 90% of computer problems right over the internet, remotely.  No more waiting for a computer technician to come to your home or lugging your computer to a shop.  Available between 9am and 11pm it’s our most convenient service yet, with little or no wait time.

All you need is a broadband internet connection (DSL or Cable) and Microsoft Internet Explorer.   A technician will contact you and guide you through a very simple connection process which involves just going to a web link we will provide and entering the name you registered with. You do not have to do any complicated configuring of your PC like some similar services have you do. A technician will be able to view and control your computer just as if they were sitting right in front of it.   You will be able to view everything the technician does and you can also use the chat feature to ask questions.

Our Remote Computer Repair service is safe and secure. Once the remote session is terminated by either you the customer or the technician it will be impossible for a technician or anyone else to gain access to your computer through our service.
