A graduate of John Carroll University with a double major in Accounting and Finance, Jim received a full tuition scholarship from the University of Pittsburgh, where he earned his MBA. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, the American Society for Quality and the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance, where he co-chairs the Alternative Fee Arrangements Committee and is a State Chair for Pennsylvania. Jim also serves two Pittsburgh-based charitable organizations (Genesis and HEARTH). He enjoys golf, tennis, platform tennis and playing music.

The CLM conference will be one of the largest, fully inclusive defense industry conferences in 2012. It will be held March 28-30 in San Diego, California where more than 80 collaborative educational sessions featuring more than 300 speakers are scheduled and is expected to draw attendees from around the world.
