New software has been released which allows users to create unlimited ringtones for the iPhone. iPhone users no longer have to pay the 99 cent fee to turn their music into an iPhone compatible ringtone.

The software, named iRinger, will take any audio or video file (i.e. YouTube videos, mp3s, oggs, etc.) and turn it into a ringtone.  iRinger can effortlessly extract audio out of any video file.
