William has been on dozens of National Television and Radio shows and has been interviewed by most major newspapers.  He is an expert when it comes to the happenings of illegal immigration nationally and has been instrumental in stopping benefits for illegal’s immigrants in North Carolina.

William is a veteran campaign consultant and North Carolina native with over 10 years of experience in fund raising, marketing, research, campaign management and event coordination. He has an undergraduate degree in political science from East Carolina University, has served in several leadership positions, and has experience working with over 40 campaigns for public office.

He has served as a member of the North Carolina Senate Sgt. At Arms staff in 1997 and 2003 and as a Legislative Assistant in the NC General Assembly. Mr. Gheen serves as registered lobbyist in North Carolina for 2006 and 2007 and has helped pass several laws addressing illegal immigration while maintaining the national operations of ALIPAC.
