HIP-HOP SENSATION 'JUTBOX' TO RELEASE ‘AT THE BAR’ MUSIC VIDEO MAY 11 IN PUBLIC RELEASE PARTY

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah -- (April 30, 2007) -- International hip-hop artist and Fresno, Calif. native JUTBOX (http://www.jutboxonline.com ), boasting over 100,000 fans, will release the sought-after music video of hit single “At the Bar” in a May 11 release party, open to the public. The party will be attended by JUTBOX and hosted by Dash Records and Beatblazer Productions.

“At the Bar,” which has been downloaded more than 500,000 times by online listeners, is the artist’s latest single release and will be featured on the artist’s upcoming album, to be released this summer. “At the Bar” has been widely distributed in Europe and has received widespread critical acclaim in hip-hop enthusiast communities internationally.

“JUTBOX provides a new energy unlike any artist today. His brand of down to earth, real-life hip-hop music is a refreshing breath of air for a genre that is in such dire need of innovation,” said Steve Calbert, CEO of Dash Records, the artist’s record label. “We’ve already seen JUTBOX perform to sold-out crowds across Europe and we are confident that we will see a similar fan-base explosion in North America. The video for “At the Bar” was directed by Chris Le and has been in development for the past several months. It was shot on location in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah at “The Mint” club.

The release party will be held at Bogey's Club, located at 22 West 200 South in Clearfield, Utah. Guests at least 21 years or older from the general public are invited, and a celebrity guest list will be announced in the coming days. Doors open at 9:00pm and the event will run until 1:00am.

Hors d'oeuvres and other food created by renowned Chef Michael Fivas will be served.
