Melinda Bickerstaff and John Dierkes have joined Healthy Companies International (HCI)

Melinda J. Bickerstaff, Senior Vice President and Senior Consultant has a distinguished career that includes being the Chief Learning Officer at Discovery Communications, Chief Knowledge Officer at Bristol-Myers Squibb, and the Director of the Knowledge Management Solutions Group at KPMG Consulting.  She also held key senor level executive positions at Deloitte & Touche and the American Express Company as Director for Worldwide Management Education. Melinda is an active member and former board member of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD).  Her responsibilities will include serving the firm’s clients as a senior organizational and leadership change consultant and advising on the company’s technology-based Learning and New Media business.  Melinda received her masters in education from the University of Illinois and BA from California State University (PA), in addition to being a Fulbright-Hays Scholar at Justus-Liebig-Universitat-Giessen in Germany.

John K. Dierkes, Vice President and Chief Business Development Officer brings significant experience in marketing, sales and management. He most recently worked with Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown in asset and wealth management and was Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing for Imax Corporation. He also worked in investment banking for Banker’s Trust Company and Alex. Brown & Sons.  He has worked with executives of leading corporations and healthcare and education institutions in his investment banking and sales positions. John received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and his BA from the Johns Hopkins University.
