The blog features tips and resources for current and prospective homeowners in Hawaii, from updates on foreclosure laws to the best deals on properties in the state. With daily posts to keep homeowners and buyers current on the condition of the market, Hawaii Life has seen this tool grow into one of its highest trafficked sections of their website.
"Our blog has grown into a massive information source, pushing out over 100 articles each month," comments Justin Britt who headed the development of the blog. "Because of the rapid growth of content, now we're tasked with the job of organizing this information to make articles more accessible to our readers, and I'm very excited to see what the blog will look like in the months to come."
One of Hawaii Life's own, Principal Broker Matt Beall, was honored with an invitation to speak at Inman's Connect conference hosted in San Francisco from July 27-29. Mr. Beall took center stage in a panel titled "Rethinking the Brokerage: New Models and Opportunities" alongside John Skrabec of Live Urban Real Estate and Glenn Sanford of EXP Realty. "We're extremely honored that Inman News would think to include us at their conference," says Mr. Beall, "we've worked hard to innovate in the Hawaii market and we're proud that a company like Inman News, with such a strong reputation in our industry, recognizes what we've been able to accomplish."
Aside from Matt Beall, Inman News has summoned an entire slew of real estate greats to impart their wisdom at their San Francisco Connect conference including Matthew Shadbolt, Director of Internet Marketing for The Corcoran Group. His potency as a speaker and motivator comes courtesy of his experience working with Manhattan's number one real estate brokerage. While other technology heads are struggling to catch up with each new wave, Shadbolt uses his foresight and initiative to stay ahead. Other prominent speakers include Craig Donato, CEO of Oodle; Denise Lones, president of The Lones Group; and Michael McClure, CEO of Professional One Real Estate.
