Sault Ste Marie, Ontario (MMD Newswire) September 9, 2011 - - Grid Cloud Solutions Inc (PINK: GRDC) and Interlock Structural Panels Inc (ispanels.com) announced today they have entered into an exclusive 3-year Sales and Marketing contract for the sale and marketing of Interlock's patent-protected building system for green housing and commercial buildings. Interlock is a manufacturer of modular steel panels used for the walls, floors and roofs of residential, commercial, agricultural and industrial buildings with capacity 4,500,000 ft2 of panels per annum which is the equivalent of 700 homes. Under the confidential terms of the contract, which started in July 2011, the company began receiving monthly consulting fees and shall receive contingency payments from the sales of panels.

Interlock's structural panels offer excellent energy performance, are cost-effective, are impervious to fire, and easier to erect than the traditional stick-built system, steel framed or concrete walled buildings. These systems can be sold globally. The Interlock system can also be used to provide portable housing solutions to various industries, including the mining sector. Interlock's system has been developed and tested over more than a decade of innovation and several million dollar investments.
