Robert Hanson, CEO of Garage Floor Coating.com announced this week that the company will now offer licensed dealerships in northern USA and Canada, while continuing to grow its franchise system in the southern USA.

According to Mr. Hanson, that while the housing market has continued its decline, garage enhancement remains very popular, and the trend is growing across the country. Additionally, people having difficulty selling their home due to the market are opting to renovate their garage as a way to improve their home. Not only does it make them feel better about where they live, but it also adds intrinsic value, which can help sell the house if they so choose.

 “Garage enhancement, and specifically garage coating is generating a lot of interest in the entire country and Canada, and not just the southern states” said Mr. Hanson. “Unfortunately in the colder climates, garage enhancement is a much more seasonal business, and a full time concrete coating franchise will experience down-time. We see this as the most logical approach because it will allow us to expand our reach and service the northern markets.”

The cost to become a licensed dealer is five-hundred-dollars for the license fee, and sixteen-thousand-four-hundred-dollars for the necessary start-up products and training.

Dealers will be required to operate under their own name, and will be permitted to conduct business in over half the country. They are not granted any exclusivity of territory or product purchasing, but will receive the proprietary products and process innovations that the company has been developing and perfecting for twelve years.
