Baghdad International Airport Hotel & Iraqi Airways International Business Center and Office Tower
The BIAP Hotel has 86 rooms that can accommodate double-occupancy with two twin beds and 14 rooms that have one queen bed. Room rates are $250 USD per night for either single or double-occupancy. The hotel enjoys a full-service bar and a full-service 5 Star restaurant providing both Middle Eastern and Western menu items.
The IAIBC, an 8-story office tower for international business, located in the heart of the BIAP Economic Zone, has 3 mid-sized conference rooms, 55 individual offices, and 40 cubical spaces. Rates and terms vary depending upon number of offices leased and term of lease.

Personal Security Details (PSD) to most locations in Iraq are available via private security firm on the premises. Price TBD by mission requirements.
General Information
1. Each of the regular offices is 5.4 x 4.3 meters. Each has hard-wire cat-5 cables for internet access (wireless in wings). Rent does not include high speed internet. High speed Internet is available for 300.00 month. VOIP is also available. This is true dedicated bandwidth that will enable video conferencing and VOIP.
2. 3 mid-size conference rooms are available for meetings. Each renter has one free use per month (non transferable and non-accumulation), additional usage at $300.00 per 4 hours. Less than four hours is billable at $100.00 an hour.
3. Nightly cleaners.
4. Office equipment (including computers) and furniture available for lease or purchase. Catalog is available at the front desk for selection of items.

6. 30 minutes of translator service included in rental price (non transferable and non-accumulation) per month. Additional time for translators available at $100.00 per hour.
7. Café is available on the ground floor and rooftop VIP lounge.
8. Secure parking.
9. Transportation to and from the airport terminal.
10. Transportation to and from the hotel available upon request.
Terms and Conditions
1. Rent is collected the first of each month via cash or wire transfer. Once Iraq has International POS capability credit cards will be authorized.
2. Leases are available for 3, 6 or 12 months. A 3 month lease has a 10% additional charge to the monthly lease listed above.
3. Upon signing lease agreement, 1st month and last month rents are required, plus a security deposit equal to ½ of the first months rental rate.
4. Signed lease agreement required and will be completed before start of lease.
Virtual Offices
1. Provides the client the ability to have a mailing address and telephone number in BIAP without actually having a physical presence. Mail to be forwarded not more than once a week via pre-paid FedEx (Clients expense).
2. Telephone messages forwarded via email.
