Its premier product, the POM Pilot, is a GPS Tracking System based on next generation Location Based Technology.   The system uses the latest GPS Technology combing satellite and GSM/GPRS cellular Technology to enable the user to monitor the whereabouts of the POM Pilot device using Microsoft’s Virtual Earth mapping technology.   It pinpoints the device’s exact location in real-time and gives a history of where it has been.

To fund development, Vision 20/20 has raised approximately $1 million of a $2M offering and expects this offering to close out in the near future.  The investment is for a portion of the profits gained from users’ monthly monitoring services for the POM Pilot and the return is based on the number of subscribers to the service.  The returns are paid out on a monthly basis.  Additionally, for each dollar investing the offering, ThinAir Wireless Corporation is also attaching one warrant for the purchase of one share of its common stock at fifty percent of the strike price when the company sells, merges, or is offered to the public.
