YOUR TOWN OR VILLAGE CAN HAVE A FREE-TUITION COLLEGE AND $100-$200/DAY ($25,000-$50,000 YEARLY) IN “TASK” INCOME FOR EACH OF ITS RESIDENTS

NEW YORK, NY, September 15, 2008  --  “I am seeking to set up a tuition-free equivalency college in any town or village in the U.S. in which local elected officials pledge the community’s non-financial support”, announced Carl Person, 2006 candidate for NYS Attorney General.

Person reviewed his 4-item, free political package for willing communities, including:

(1) a tuition-free college (with free books and free remedial courses), but open only to residents of the community (with optional program on “How to Develop Local Manufacturing”);
(2) listing of 40% of the town’s adult residents on a website to offer their services as “tasks” instead of “jobs wanted” to the 25-mile surrounding area, expected to produce $100 to $200 per day (or $25,000 to $50,000 per year) for each willing, able and participating resident;
(3) a non-profit town employment agency of record to allow all small businesses and domestic-hiring households to run their payroll through a single entity, designed to lower payroll administration costs, and increase classic “job”-type employment by 20%; and
(4) appointment of a “town attorney general” to enforce, at taxpayer expense, the rights of Person’s “protected group” consisting of residents, small businesses, homeowners, employees, unemployeds, retirees, underemployeds, public assistance recipients and others who are losing their standard of living for reasons beyond their control – including the right to healthcare, education, an opportunity to earn a living, and government enforcement of laws designed to protect the protected group.

Town Attorney General Person claims that political and economic change is needed and that it actually can be obtained at the lowest level of government, where the voters have a much greater impact over their lives than at the national or state level of government.

“The four changes I offer to any cooperating town or village in the United States should create a financially sound, prosperous community in spite of the problems being created by the federal government and its failed-policy agencies and elected officials.”

Person wants voters and others to understand that “You, as a resident of a town or village anywhere in the U.S., can help to create this change for your community by setting up a meeting for me with your elected leaders, mayor, supervisor or manager. The only thing stopping your town from enjoying these four civic-improvement programs is its lack of awareness of how easy it can be to increase the income and standard of living for the residents of your town.”

If you want to do something of immense value for you and your community, act now.
