WORCESTER, MA -- A new magazine and website featuring commercial properties for sale, lease, and rent, as well as commercial lenders, builders, and other commercial service companies, is set to release the beginning of December by Commercial Circular. “It’s a refreshing twist to the commercial marketplace” said Michael Clark, Co-publisher, “resources aren’t easily available for people looking for office space or commercial opportunities.” Commercial Circular’s primary focus is to help consumers find their commercial needs through property listings, and unite commercial services and contractors to the appropriate commercial association with the intention of growing their businesses.
Unlike other commercial publications, Commercial Circular is a complimentary full color high gloss magazine. Advertising rates include an additional website listing for one low competitive price. There is also a “Spotlight of the Month” feature that will showcase an individual, a listing, or an organization that has set themselves apart from the industry masses each month. This is a way to give exposure and connect the industry leaders with the general public. “Our central objective is to build up Massachusetts,” Chad Rivard, Co-Publisher said, “we chose 1000 distribution locations, with 40,000 magazines in circulation covering Central MA, Metro West, Boston, and Greater Boston areas. The website alone reaches millions.”
