ENERGY BREAKTHROUGH - NEW OIL TECHNOLOGY TO BRING HUNDREDS OF MIILIONS OF DOLLARS TO HOSPITALS AND SCHOOLS IN THE STATE OF UTAH

On October 30th, Mr. Daniel P. Kesonen, President and Chief Executive Officer of Nevtah Capital Management Corporation, and Mr. Frank Glinton, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Black Sands Energy Corporation, will make a formal presentation to elected officials and representatives of the government of the State of Utah.  Additionally, many diplomats, energy and petroleum experts, as well as delegations from both The White House and the California State Government will be in attendance. (The press and news media is invited to attend.)

Nevtah Capital Management (NTAH.PK) and Black Sands Energy Corporation will present a patented, proven technology, which is able to extract oil from oil sands cost effectively, environmentally safe, and will be economically beneficial to the State of Utah.

As a country we consume over twenty million barrels of oil a day.  And yet, domestically, we only produce approximately eight to ten million barrels of oil per day.  Thus, we’re forced to import over twelve million barrels of oil each and every day from foreign sources.

For years we’ve know that there is a massive resource for additional oil.  It’s called oil sands and it sits on the earth’s surface, from one to a thousand feet underground.  Unfortunately, extracting the oil from these oil sands has not always been economically feasible…until now.  The State of Utah is home to eight major deposits with a combined shallow oil resource of 32 billion barrels of oil.

Nevtah and Black Sands will put the first commercially developed system into operation in the State of Utah's Asphalt Ridge on or before April 2008.  This first commercial unit will extract up to 2,500 barrels of (heavy crude) oil per day.  The Treasury of the State of Utah will receive 8 1/2 percent of the gross sale price of each barrel of oil.  At today’s price this means that each commercial unit will deliver $4,590,000 to the Treasury of the State of Utah on an annual basis. A multiple number of additional production sites and units are scheduled to be put in place in 2008, which will dramatically increase the revenues to the State of Utah.

Unlike other extraction techniques, such as the expensive, super-sized water-dependent mining projects in Canada (Ft. Murray,Alberta), or the steam-assisted gravity drainage technology used to tap deeper reserves, the Nevtah / Black Sands system doesn’t require water or gas during the extraction process. There are no greenhouse gas emissions and because it’s a closed-loop system over 99.9 percent of the solvents are recovered and recycled.  And here’s the best news, since this patented system is able to extract over 99.9 percent of the oil from the sand oil, it leaves the sand pure and they are able to return it to the earth unpolluted and clean.  This oil sand extraction technology is a proven, cost effective system which has taken over 10 years to develop and has been tested and validated by the United States Department of Energy as the only ecologically friendly technology to extract oil from oil sands.

Mr. Kesonen and Mr. Glinton will address the advantages of this patented technology, the potential for revenue, why there will be no spoil piles as found in coal mining, why there will be limited energy used in the extraction process, why regional air and water quality will remain unchanged, why the integrity of the ground surface at extraction sites will be preserved or improved, and why there will be no unwanted and harmful bi-products produced.
