Dallas Stars and Txtstation partner to enhance in-stadium fan experience

Dallas, TX - - December 20, 2007 - - Today the Dallas Stars and Txtstation announced their partnership with the unveiling of two new in-game features for the 2007-2008 NHL season.  

Leading up to the action on the ice and during intermissions, fans will be able to interact live with the videoboard.  Fans will use their phone and send their unique text messages to 88222 and within seconds the message appears live on a scroll across the screen, providing a fun and entertaining experience for all.  During timeouts, fans will also have the chance to weigh-in on the poll of the day.  Two or three options are provided and fans simply pick their choice and send the message.  The results show up in real time as the percentages move based on the responses coming in.
