Copenhagen -- April 15, 2008 -- Chempaq A/S, a Danish manufacturer of medical and veterinary point-of-care hematology systems, announced today that EKF GmbH, a German manufacturer of point-of-care blood analysis systems, have signed a distribution agreement. This agreement will allow EKF GmbH to distribute Chempaq’s line of products to the primary care and military in Germany, Switzerland, Austria and the Gulf Region.

Additionally, EKF will have the distribution rights for Chempaq’s line of veterinary products in the Gulf Region. With headquarters in Germany, and sales subsidiaries in Russia and Poland , EKF has a proven and successful sales record in these countries along with strong partnership agreements in the Gulf Region.
