Pad4Pad, LLC was started in January of 2008 when one of the owners Greg Holt got frustrated just sitting and waiting for a buyer.  He was eager to sell and needed a tool to take the sale to the buyer.  Thus Pad4Pad.com was created to help frustrated home owners like him be proactive in realizing their goal to sell their home.
