Clemson University has officially picked Reltronics Technologies for their insurance premium refund process due to the rigor in Reltronics Technologies infrastructure and the economics and service level agreements that the firm proposed.

Clemson University chooses Reltronics Technologies for their Inbound Process on Insurance Premium Refund

Rochester, NY -- February 5, 2008 -- Clemson University has officially picked Reltronics Technologies for their insurance premium refund process due to the rigor in Reltronics Technologies infrastructure and the economics and service level agreements that the firm proposed.

Clemson University terminated a term group life policy and after the termination of the plan, money left in an advance premium account was paid to Clemson University.  The University made the decision to utilize Reltronics Technologies’ outsourcing services to refund the balance of advance premium account and interest, less administrative cost, to prior participants meeting specified criteria. This critical project required stringent Service Level Agreements (SLAs) which are now finalized between Reltronics Technologies’ Operations team and Clemson University and assist in delivering services to in a timely and effective manner to ensure that the service meets or exceeds the Clemson University’s expectations. These SLAs enable agreed upon frame of reference with respect to responsibilities and procedures between the two firms, an objective insight into the performance of operations, an assurance for a high level of service quality, and requirements for dialogues, status reports, review meetings and evaluations.

With the selection by Clemson University, Reltronics Technologies will continue to provide offshore services that offer a very high degree of savings to its customers.  Reltronics Technologies’ plan is to utilize their own international outsourcing facilities in India and USA and to utilize an experienced team of offshore professionals to quickly progress through the development and deployment lifecycle of the project. The team has now been working with Clemson University for a while to define and finalize the outsourcing process.  As part of the initiative, Reltronics Technologies is also developing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) interface for Clemson University.
