The Fort Myers office will be headed by James Myers. Mr. Myers was most recently the managing partner of the Fort Myers office of Swartz Campbell LLC. Mr. Myers has litigated a wide range of complex litigation matters. He currently concentrates his practice in civil litigation defense, handling insurance claim disputes, construction defect claims, commercial contract disputes, products liability, premises liability, toxic tort (asbestos and silica), and personal injury claims in Florida federal and state courts. He also defends federal flood insurance claims brought under the National Flood Insurance Program and FEMA regulations, for hurricane losses in Florida.
Jessica Teitelbaum joins Mr. Myers as a partner in the Fort Myers location. Previously with Swartz Campbell, LLC, she concentrates her practice on civil litigation defense, handling insurance claim disputes, construction defect claims, commercial contract disputes, product liability, premises liability, and personal injury claims in Florida federal and state courts. Ms. Teitelbaum also defends federal flood insurance claims brought under the National Flood Insurance Program and FEMA regulations for hurricane losses in Florida.
