Cabaret Diva releases first live CD, "Martinis and Cleavage"

Minneapolis, Minnesota -- July 16, 2007 -- Erin Schwab has been wowing audiences for years up and down Hennepin Ave.  For a long time her large visage held a place of honor in downtown as she played Tina in "Tony-n-Tina's Wedding at Hey City Theatre for 3 years.

During that time, and since then Erin has been performing around the country and in the Twin Cities Area, in a variety of different capacities as a vocalist.  She has been performing with local bands as well as being an intricate part of the four women group "The Girls" along with Patty Peterson, Lori Dokken and Judi Donaghy.

Throughout all of this here mainstay has been her Friday night Cabaret Lounge Act at "Jitter's Martini Bar and Lounge".  This popular night spot in Northeast Minneapolis has been likened to the New York City Cabaret rooms of old, and indeed Erin's Performance has been compared to the Devine Miss Bette Middler, who got her start in those very rooms.  She has been delighting audiences for years in what on audience member recently called "The best kept secret in the Twin Cities".  Erin was recently profiled in a feature article for “Lavender Magazine” a full copy of the article celebrating the duality of her life as a singer and mother can be found at www.erinschwab.com.
