"Building The Most Powerful Boat In The World"

Ft. Pierce, FL - July 26, 2007 -- Thriller Powerboats, a Florida based company, is currently building the most powerful boat in the world for the U.S. Military Support Group.  The “Thriller F-4 Phantom II” jet boat, a 55 foot racing catamaran, is powered by twin turbojet engines with afterburners producing 25,000 horsepower. The project is the conception of Arnie Gemino, the CEO of several companies and the director of the U.S. Military Support Group and a former Vietnam combat pilot.  Gemino’s mission is to raise money for the National Veterans Foundation, an organization that has been helping our military veterans and their families for over 20 years.

Construction of the boat, which has had input from numerous defense contractors, consultants and technical gurus from around the world, is being recorded daily with HD time lapse cameras. Members to the usmsg.org website are able to get a rare view of this unique, one of a kind project as it unfolds on the live HD webcams operating on Eastern Daylight Time.  Web site members will also view land and water testing of the jet boat and its debut at events throughout the duration of the 3 year campaign.  This and additional HD footage will be used in a television documentary.

The U.S. Military Support Group and the National Veterans Foundation will showcase this powerful boat along with the “Thriller F-16 Viper ” jet dragster at air shows, boat shows and races, car races and other large venues around the country.  The campaign will begin in 2008 with a preliminary debut in late 2007.

USMSG has set a goal of raising between 3 and 5 million dollars for the NVF during the campaign. All profits from event fees, advertising sponsors and the sale of promotional items as well as individual memberships to the www.usmsg.org website are donated to the National Veterans Foundation.
